With Legislation being passed in November 2025, Workforce One will implement full API integration with Ozedi to make managing superannuation easier.

Online Timesheet System
AnyTime Online Timesheets was completely redeveloped into the new Online Timesheet System, bringing it fully into Workforce One for a seamless experience.
2022
ISO 27001 Certification and STP Phase 2 Compliant

Code House becomes ISO 27001 certified for Information Security Management, investing in the people, processes, and technologies to protect our client’s data.

At the same time, Workforce One becomes STP Phase 2 compliant having gone through compliance testing with the ATO.

2020
Workforce One Launch

Workforce One is launched as the new product name for CHIP. Workforce One is designed to incorporate all modules of CHIP and associated products such as SHARC, AnyTime and WIC into the one system, hence the phrase Workforce One – One System, One Solution!

2019
Initial Roll Out

The first fully web based version of CHIP commences roll out to current clients. This system has been in development for several years and is designed to incorporate all features of CHIP into the one web based platform.

2018
Single Touch Payroll

Single touch payroll is introduced and rolled out to all clients. CHIP is one of the first products approved by the ATO for Single Touch Payroll and Code House manages to implement STP for all clients by the 1st July 2018 deadline.

2012
AnyTime Online Timsheets

AnyTime Online Timesheets is introduced that allows employees to enter their timesheets online, supervisors to approve the timesheets and these uploaded into the payroll system ready for payroll. This includes a full award interpreter designed to interpret times entered based on the different award structures and requirements.

2011
Redsigned for the first iPad

WIC is redesigned and redeveloped to be used on the first iPads – this incorporated the use of site visit forms for clients including online signature capture.

2009
Minor Re-Write

A minor re-write of CHIP is completed and rolled out to clients to update the database to a newer more stable and faster product.

2003
New Design Rollout

Roll out of the newly designed software commences in April, within the 9 month projected time frame for the rewrite and the system rolled out to new clients across all states and territories of Australia.

2002
Code House Changes Hands
Gavin Andrew and Dominic Di Giacomo, now the owners of Code House, set out to completely modernize the system. After negotiating the purchase of the company, they initiated a full redesign and rewrite using the latest technology. With an ambitious nine-month timeline, the goal was to deliver a new, advanced solution ready for rollout to both existing and new clients.
2000
Introduction of GST
With the introduction of GST, Code House expanded its reach by hiring Gavin Andrew—now one of the company’s owners—and launching a nationwide marketing program. During this period, a groundbreaking installation system was developed, enabling CHIP versions and updates to be distributed to interstate clients on just four 3.5-inch floppy disks.

Recruitment System

A recruitment system is designed and developed and added to the CHIP product to handle the recruitment processes for Labour Hire and Group Training companies.

1998
Interstate Expansion

The first interstate clients in Queensland and New South Wales implement CHIP.

1997
First Redesign

With a small number of labour hire companies using CHIP, the system is redesigned slightly for a Group Training company in Adelaide and rolled out to 3 local Group Training companies.

1995
The creation of CHIP

An Adelaide based Labour Hire firm approaches an accountant with a background in IT systems to develop a new Windows based payroll and invoicing system designed to streamline their office processes and replace their current dos based program. Over the next 6 months, CHIP – Code House Integrated Payroll is designed and developed and implemented at the end of 1995.
