The pricing for the system is based on the number of named users in the database, where a user is an internal staff member. The pricing per user reduces at different increments the more users that you have. Most commonly, our clients have around 10 users @ $135 (plus GST) per user per month.

Our Award Interpreter has been designed to be simple and easy to set up and configure. Unlike other systems, where you need a degree to be able to use their award interpreter, or pay the provider to set them up for you, our system is easy to configure and manage. If you need assistance however, we are available to assist where needed.

As we are offering a payroll solution and reporting through Single Touch Payroll, we fall under the ATO Operational Framework. Under this, we are reviewed every 12 months by the ATO to ensure that we are implementing best practice cyber security systems and procedures.

This can be quite different for different companies and is based around the number of employees that are being paid, the number of awards or rates that need to be configured and so on. Typically, for a small start up business, this can be set up in a few hours. For a larger company converting across from a current payroll system, this would take 3 – 4 months including setup, configuration and testing. In all cases, we assist along the way to ensure that the setup and transition is as smooth as possible.
